PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

The Customer must pay 100% of the reservation value in advance.

We accept payment by debit or credit card and secure link.

The Customer can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
The Customer must pay 50% of the total amount if canceling less than 7 days before the arrival date.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours after booking.
Refunds in case of cancellation can take approximately 10 days to appear on your statement.

There is no refund if the Customer withdraws before the end of the stay.
People not included in the reservation cannot stay in the apartments. The client is responsible for all damages caused to the apartment and undertakes to pay for it.
By booking, the Customer accepts these conditions.
