RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA PROCESSING

LUZZme is responsible for processing your personal data. We are governed by codes of conduct and institutionalized procedures that guarantee the confidentiality and security of the data processed. We therefore ensure that this personal data will be treated in a way that guarantees its security, particularly in relation to loss, unlawful processing, destruction or accidental damage. The data may be shared with third parties for the purposes described below, with which we guarantee the same level of security and confidentiality in the processing of data.

PURPOSES
Reservation processing: data is collected, processed and retained to facilitate the billing and reservation processes for rooms and other complementary services, for historical and statistical purposes and service quality control. In the case of citizens of non-Portuguese nationality, the collection of this data constitutes a legal obligation in accordance with Law no. 23/2007, of July 4th, mandatory communication to the Foreigners and Borders Service, without which we cannot formalize the booking process.
